At JivaKart, we aim to deliver quality accessories with complete customer satisfaction. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

📦 7-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged
• Wrong item delivered
• Manufacturing defect

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, color preference, or minor appearance variations.

🎥 Mandatory Proof for Claims

To process any return request:

• An unboxing video is mandatory (without cuts/pauses).
• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Clear images of the product and packaging must be shared.

Without valid proof, return/refund requests may be rejected.

🚫 Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

• Product is used, washed, or damaged by customer
• Original tags, packaging, or accessories are missing
• Request is made after 7 days
• Product is purchased during clearance/sale (if mentioned)

💰 Refund Policy

• Once the returned item passes quality inspection, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• Refund will be credited to original payment method.
• Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

🔄 Replacement Policy

• Replacement will be provided only after verification and stock availability.
• If replacement is unavailable, refund will be issued.

📦 Reverse Pickup Policy

• Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area.
• If reverse pickup is not available, customer may need to self-ship the product (shipping reimbursement as per approval).
• In case reverse pickup is not available, we will share a shipping label via email, which the customer must print and securely attach to the package before dispatch.

⚠️ COD Order Policy

Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to restriction of future COD services.
