📦 Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 24–48 hours.
• Orders are not processed on Sundays or National Holidays.
• Bulk or custom orders may require an additional 1–2 business days.

🚛 Estimated Delivery Time (Within India)

• Metro Cities: 3–5 Business Days
• Non-Metro Areas: 5–7 Business Days
• North-East / Remote Areas: 6–9 Business Days

💰 Shipping Charges

• FREE Shipping on orders above ₹499
• ₹49 – 100 Shipping Charge on orders below ₹499

📍 Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be sent via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.
• You can track your order anytime through our “Track Order” page.

🚫 Delivery Attempts & RTO Policy

• Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
• If the customer is unavailable, the order will be returned to us (RTO).
• Repeated fake or unaccepted COD orders may lead to future COD restrictions.

📦 Damaged or Wrong Product Policy

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours.
• An unboxing video is mandatory for damage or wrong item claims.
• Replacement or refund will be processed as per our Return Policy.

📍 Address Accuracy

• Customers must provide a correct shipping address and active mobile number.
• Incorrect address details may cause delivery failure and additional charges.

• Delivery timelines may be slightly delayed during festive seasons or high-sale periods.
• JivaKart is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners due to unforeseen circumstances.
