At JivaKart, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation guidelines below:

🕒 Order Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

🚚 After Dispatch

If the order has already been dispatched, customers may refuse delivery; however, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refund.

💳 Refund for Cancelled Orders

For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

COD orders cancelled before dispatch will not incur any charges.

🚫 Non-Cancellable Orders

Customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Orders placed during special sales or clearance events may not be eligible for cancellation (if mentioned).

Repeated cancellation or refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of future COD services.
